Algia Mae Hinton is a powerful musician. Not only is she recognized as a fierce musician–she’s also renowned for her buckdancing. As a child, her mother used to refer to her as “that dancing girl” and Algia Mae has since passed down her love of dance to both her children and grandchildren. She’s been known to play her guitar behind her head as she dances—what I wouldn’t give to see her do that with this one.
