Ironing Board Sam and the students of Orange Charter School in Hillsborough, NC, wowed parents, faculty, and other students with their performance of Blues and Rock & Roll yesterday! They have been preparing for this moment for months (check out more about this awesome program here), with thanks to funding provided by the Agnes Varis Jazz in Schools Program, and coordination from Music Maker and Orange Charter music teacher Will Dawson. Judging from the photos, I think you can see the joy on Sam’s face – and if you can’t see it on the kids’, be assured it was there!
