Return Policy

We appreciate your business and want you to be satisfied with your products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase*, merchandise will be accepted for exchange or refund. Simply follow these three steps to ensure proper processing:

Call us at 919-643-2456 for authorization AND for the correct return address.

Repack item(s) and include a copy of the original packing slip. If you need a replacement item, you can simply request a replacement without worrying about shipping back your original order.

Send your merchandise back to the authorized address by any method you wish. Once the package has been received we will refund the original purchase amount excluding the shipping charges.
