Biography
We knew W.C. Minger IV as Wild Bill. He came out east one spring, lived with my brother Sam, and we recorded. It was once written about Bill, “Now and again there appears among us one who knows and feels too much of our collective predicament to heed the peregrinations of his own existence. And there is not much for the fellow to do but tell the rest how it feels. Such a figure is our friend Bill.”
How We Helped:
W.C. Minger and the Music Maker Relief Foundation connected in 1995, and the foundation issued his first and only recording, Backtracking.
